Скакалка для кроссфита. Ручки скакалки имеют мягкое покрытие и сделаны удобно под форму ладоней. Специальное покрытие на ручках обеспечивает защиту от выскальзывания, когда руки потеют. Так же специальная намотка даёт хороший воздухообмен. Кроме того это покрытие можно сменить на другое после изнашивания. Внутрь ручки скакалки можно добавить утяжелители, открутив крышку. Утяжелители в комплекте не идут. Скакалка оснащена металлическим тросом в резиновой оболочке. Он гораздо легче приодолевает сопротивление воздуха в отличие от верёвки или резинки. Длина троса 3 метра. Есть возможность регулировать длину. Стальной тросик зафиксирован под прямым углом относительно вала рукоядки. При таком расположении им удобно управлять и возможно достичь ещё большей скорости. Тросик легко крутится на подшибниках. В комплекте идёт запасной трос, инструкция, резинка (наверное для закрепления хвостов при уменьшении троса) и сумка для хранения.
