REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Everything came intact. Included are 2 films, 2 sets of Velcro, 2 sets of napkins and a plastic card for smoothing. Not yet glued, but it looks not very large

Made an order of 27.01, opened a dispute, I was returned money, after the money was returned a week and I took the goods 4.05 (Odessa) !!!! The film was pasted and the sides retreated (the line itself was the fault of the film-glued for the first time). But the straps are very cool, strong and thick as the original (ordered from another store-came Tonki). The strap is really super, but I will think to order or not with such a long delivery (3 months)

It took a long time, threw in the mailbox. For delivery faster, paid a little more than 100 ₽. From the order to receive 11 days (Moscow). The order is satisfied. Includes 2 films. Took two sets just in case. I did not think that two films in each) I recommend. Quality seems good.
